I don’t think people can think as immigrants if they haven’t had the immigration experience. I get the point and agree with it but I can’t imagine people really understanding or adopting immigrant thinking without experiencing it.
Perfectly put. Change really does test the human system before it transforms it. The ones who make it through are usually not the loudest or the smartest, but the most curious and consistent. Real transformation begins the moment leaders stop outsourcing courage and start modeling it, one honest act at a time.
