Compellingly written, Rishad! I find that an action-shift, ie just doing something different, consistently for some time, is often what brings about a mind-shift. (That's because minds are generally tough to shift unless they experience differently!). For example, by putting an octogenarian customer to be on your Advisory Board. Or your Management team spending a day with a young hacker or a gaming company. Or saying, "all presentations from now on MUST be made only by ChatGPT or some such AI".

Simply delightful to hear voices that retrieve our human consciousness to a practical degree of accountability for being aware of the self-defeating behaviors masked as coping mechanisms in the face of so much complexity. Chill, Be Silly once a Day, and quiet your mind with breathing. Then open your eyes and accept what you see with the courage to be in the moment without knowing what's next. The article is so inspiring...
