Outstanding perspective. Just shared with my colleagues, on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend. I hope they read it.

You’ve articulated so clearly what I see happening in companies myself - having been at a Dot Com, then mobile and now the founder of a native AI platform company in 2018. As much as we’ve evolved as humans, our ability to change our “operating system” (as quickly as it needs to adapt) is not happening fast enough in the era of AI.

This is where these tectonic shifts colliding may cause an earthquake! Rebelling against working alongside AI Agents is happening now. When before, people had to adapt to survive, now they are attempting to disrupt this process with fear, ignorance and stubbornness.

How do we help facilitate human evolution while being mindful of how powerful AI is?

In the words of The Economist: “Well written, and re(a)d.” I ❤️ “Experience stack” (results-oriented). I’d also bolt on one your perspectives from mid-‘24 to “Read+Write+Own” which is “Every brand/company will have 2 businesses- B2C (consumer/customer), and retail media business monetizing their consumer or customer data.” Shared with my colleagues.

For those watching at home, most of this is the same consultant/sales/hustle slop that has been peddled for the last 25 years in corporate America. Buyer beware - you may end up with a very expensive cloud computing bill, never ending SOW change orders, and nothing to show your boss 🤣🤣🤣🤣
