A fisherman once told me that "time is god's way of keeping everything from happening all at once." Many years later, I would slowly work my way through Stephen Hawking's "A Brief History of Time" and I would come to realize that quantum physics confirms what the fisherman told me.

What is a method that helps you divide your time between rest and work? For me personally, it is https://focuskeeper.co/, with its help I set aside time for myself and set a timer. At first, I thought that nothing would change in my life, but later I began to notice how the time for performing the usual routine task decreased. now I manage to get a lot more done in a day!
