100% agree. The pace of change is unlike any other. The ethical questions and dilemmas that leaders will be grappling with are potentailly beyond their grasp or experiences from which they pull. Leadership will take on a transformation and it will be shocking to many. Exponential change is difficult to manage, and yet, we are in thr midst of it. Balance will become essential. Thank you for your valuable perspectives backed by great examples. Large Language Models (LLMs) are becoming very sophisticated and some are experimenting and writing computer code on their own. Last week I was fascinated to learn that Google's FunSearch using LLMs came up with the computer code to solve an "unsolvable" math problem!
