I would challenge the assumption, as Herminia Ibarra says, that we understand who we are by reflecting on it rather than acting on it.

While some kind of reflection can be good, sometimes it's a recipe for paralysis.

Thank you, Rishad, for the reminder that we are not managing a career like a project... Instead, we need to be architecting something meant to last. What stood out most for me is self-awareness as the true differentiator. The ones who thrive aren’t clinging to past containers. They’re willing to unlearn, reframe, and stay generous in how they partner with others. And you’re spot on that none of this happens alone. Leaders who invest in relationships, curiosity, and shared growth are the ones building careers (and cultures) that actually endure.
