Thank you, Rishad, for the reminder that we are not managing a career like a project... Instead, we need to be architecting something meant to last. What stood out most for me is self-awareness as the true differentiator. The ones who thrive aren’t clinging to past containers. They’re willing to unlearn, reframe, and stay generous in how they partner with others. And you’re spot on that none of this happens alone. Leaders who invest in relationships, curiosity, and shared growth are the ones building careers (and cultures) that actually endure.

Thanks for this Rishad, it’s super helpful. I’m a great fan. I worked for Publicis in Sydney, Australia for 7 years as Head of Strategy and discovered you while I was there and your books. Now, transitioning into my own business - like you so often say, The Future Does Not Fit in The Containers Of The Past!

What a great summary of not just how to find your place in the changing landscape of industry and your own development, but how to think about organizations as living and breathing organisms that leaders shape into something with meaning and value to their employees.

A really really interesting, different and solid framework for people … all people … thank you. Might take a riff on this in the new year … because it clearly fits into my ‘Structured Thought’ world.
