Great post, Rishad. Nowhere compared to the scale of your achievements, it brought back a flood of memories about the amazing leaders and mentors who took ‘Chances’ with me. Decades ago and continues to this day. It was not uncommon during the dot-com boom when I would sit with partner companies and their immediate assumption that this ‘Indian’ guy was there representing IT or Finance! (i.e. not Marketing).

Very true - the early 80s were very tough for people from outside the US. You always hoped that someone would give you a chance.
