I think feeling useful, valued & hopeful helps people, regardless of their social status, to live with more dignity. Thank you for this. I was amazed that the hardcover version of this book is just $13.29 on Amazon. Somehow that price is reflective of the subject matter. If this was a story/picture book about American presidents, it would probably be a "coffee table" book for those of us in the front row and the price for the hardcover would be $79. Clearly this is a book that the front row needs to read but how many of us will proudly place this book on our coffee tables? I hope I will.
