Such an incredible model of multi generation living that is being borne out on many different programs around the world. I especially appreciate the idea that the girls are being raised with a strong sense of community but also a sense of unique identity. This can't help but foster a future of inclusion and finding one's own path and potential through an explored life.

As a father of a special needs adult and an original board member of www.sunflowerhill.org, I was part of a group of parents who came together to build an "intentional community" for soon to be IDD adults who wanted to live a life of independence, yet required interdependence to truly prosper. We often talked about creating a multi-generational facility that would enable each generation to find an energy source of belonging and giving. I am heartened to see what Ghar has created. Thank you for sharing.
