Impact full article with many insights. Learned things about 6 Cs i.e. Cognition, Creativity, Curiosity, Collaboration, Communication and Convince. Thanks a lot for igniting our curiosity to know about skills required at present and future.
Love this framework. I see this. The question that drives my curiosity, runs two directions.
First direction: How have the failures and successes that led to your framework been the result of institutional structures that either encouraged or prohibited these behaviors?
I would call them patterns of behaviors because they can be repeated and replicated across all forms of structures, possibly.
Second direction: How do we intentionally create the kinds of structures where these patterns of behavior are the natural outcome? They are rewarded, not just sought for. I saw this quote by Milton Friedman this morning that points in this direction.
“I do not believe that the solution to our problem is simply to elect the right people. The important thing is to establish a political climate of opinion which will make it politically profitable for the wrong people to do the right thing. Unless it is politically profitable for the wrong people to do the right thing, the right people will not do the right thing either, or if they try, they will shortly be out of office.”
Super clear & extremely helpful! Thank you for your continued generosity in sharing these nuggets of wisdom. 🙏
I love the summary and key pointers to take away
Thank you

Thanks. Yes indeed. Stephen Levitt also of U of Chicago wrote “ show me someone’s incentives and I will predict their behavior!”
