Because people bring with them their passions, habits, likes, biases, smarts, etc. It makes a huge difference to hire & retain strong, focused, intelligent, secure, kind, generous, and dedicated individuals, especially in these changing times when AI agents have started doing a lot of routine tasks efficiently and responsibly.
