Excellent piece as usual. When I read the descriptor for the podcast episode with Mansoor, it struck me that human vs. machine driven brands will mimic the luxury vs. mass phenomenons of yesteryear. The artisan crafted products will be loved for their humanness. The mass offerings will find their markets and the hybrid of those two will serve yet another market. It just isn't obvious yet.
The opportunity for keeping both AI and Humans current is key. Trust is redefined. Humans also have to maintain the edge through creativity as rightly pointed out.
Rishad, eloquent as always. A little worried that the exponential growth in experimentation will lead to some less than good outcomes but totally agree with the 'Genie being out of the bottle'. GAI as a complement to humans is the game we are all in now and therefore people and companies and governments need to embrace.
