Strongly agree that getting buy-in or alignment from the front line people in an organization is key to success in any transformational company change. I have been wondering how AI can help get feedback to management in a way they can more easily process. In the past, feedback is solicited in companywide polls, but that always narrow the scope of the responses. I feel that AI could potentially take more detailed and nuanced feedback from employees and distill it in a far more useful way for management. Privacy issues would still be there, there will need to be a new way to get a working feedback loop from management to employees.
