I've been in behaviorally targeted marketing for 15+ yrs & absolutely agree with your suggestion to delight loyal consumers with unanticipated discounts, freebies, etc. in addition to determining what they may need to buy using AI/ML. Also let's hope there will be more "heads together" opportunities to create delightful tattoo moments for everyone around the world.🙏
