This put words to my random thoughts about the workplace. All I see are bosses who say go do that, few leaders who say come do this. It's always been about servant-leadership to me, but our work society doesn't like that.
After reading this, I'm realizing I will likely do joyfully what a coach tells me to. Not so much with a boss/manager.
