An important topic and very valuable, insightful thoughts. I particularly like the suggestion to use a software approach to incrementally develop, deploy, learn and improve new arrangements for people to work together. I also believe that developing and maintaining strong relationships require close personal interactions so people can connect with one another more deeply with high degree of trust. So it will be very important for people to be able to get together in person periodically to feel connected, professionally and emotionally.

A subtle but important choice of language, thank you for sharing this observation/guidance for leaders --> "Thus, a key for every firm and leader is to stop using the words “going back” but “moving forward” and replace the mindset of “returning” to that of “starting anew”."
