Very insightful and useful, as always. Thank you! I especially like this statement: "Good data leveraged by a person that has trust must also have good intent to have impact. To ensure clear intent it helps to be transparent about one’s goals, incentives, and metrics of success." This helps getting everyone aligned on common goals and how to achieve them more effectively.
I don't know if Mike Donohue will end up in the Advertising Hall of Fame but for those of us deeply involved in the industry and with the 4A's over the past decades, we all know that he should be there. To say that our industry struggles with change is such an understatement that it is funny but, again and again, Mike took our industry onto his strong back and pulled it forward. We are all better for his efforts.
