Yes to the highs, lows and everything in between. The biggest challenge I see as a polymath with horizontal skills is adapting to the “specialist” mindset of a buyer looking to solve xyz problem. It comes down to “definition” and helping that person to see a horizontal lens brings connective tissue to the equation and that most things work in a system not in isolation.
